Media Carts are equipped with a projector, DVD/VCR, Visualizer, and speakers. Any ResStaff member, Community Center Manager, or Hall Director is able to check-out a Media Cart if one is available. Currently, Alice Lloyd CLC, Bursley CLC, Markley CLC, MoJo CLC, Stockwell CLC, and West Quad CLC are the only locations with Media Carts available.

Support technicians staff ResComp's Help Desk phoneline (64)7-1133 from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, to help residents connect to the Ethernet network. Technicians troubleshoot connectivity issues and can help residents correctly configure their network settings to get online. They also provide computing support to Housing staff.
